I was put onto this movie by an out-of-context clip of the "creep" scene, which is equally hilarious in context.

It turned out to be surprisingly good! The art style is delectable and colourful. The very cute and straightforward story might make it feel more oriented toward children, but it is still perfectly watchable for adults.

The completely unironic use of pop songs was really funny and made for a campy experience.
