Every mystery is complete bullshit: "And then the knife slid down the chimney, bounced off the bookshelf, knocked over the servant's vase (creating the perfect alibi) and lodged itself between the victim's eyes.The perfect crime!
It's never anything you could figure out yourself, since the movie simply withholds any crucial information from the viewer until James Bond explains it to you after 2 hours 50.
Absolutely gruelling watch.
